Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for additional information.

Rough masturbation is the CAUSE of mild bleeding on finger tip while touching your cervix. You should stop fingering inside vagina for at least 1 week.

Here, you don't need any kind of treatment and bleeding will stop automatically if you leave alone that. However, if the pain is MODERATE and constant, then you can take pain killer (Diclofenac) for 2-3 days. Small ICE-PACK (inside the vagina) will also be useful to arrest bleeding and reduce pain.

Maintain genital hygiene properly before and after each masturbation in future. You should also avoid using chemical substance like soap, perfume, detergent, scented product etc around genital area.

Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care your self.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
