Brief Answer:
Mostly costrocondritis , TMT to rule out heart event

Detailed Answer:
Hello , I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.

Considering you have got a cardiac evaluation done in recent past ,your age and considering you still are protected by female hormones against heart disease and with a history of having costochondritis and fibromyalgia. Chest pain as originating from heart is rare .

You should consider it if the chest pain increases on exertion and Is associated with breathless XXXXXXX or palpitation.

However I would suggest that you get a treadmill stress test done too as that will check how heart compensate to stress . ECG and 2D-echo will go wrong after damage has already occurred to the heart and we shouldn't wait for the same .

Also if you have a weak stomach consider gastritis as a differential for the cause of chest pain
Let me know if any clarification needed and I would be happy to help .

Brief Answer:
Most probably costochondritis or second differential is gastric reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello , my previous message said that in most probability it's costrochondritis or second differential may be reflux gastritis .
However of all cardiac evaluation that was done by you 6 months before I would include a TMT to rule out any underlying cardiac cause , so I would again stress there is No urgency for Doing the same for you and it can be included in your next routine evaluation.
Hopefully this would clear your doubts.
Let me know if any clarification needed.
Do rate for others reference.
