Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible duodenal ulcers. The history of the pain coming after food is typical of the condition.
I think I would suggest a endoscopy to any patient with similar complaints.
I would suggest meeting a gastroenterology specialist for the test.
A course of PPI like Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day may be started while you await your endoscopy.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

I am taking pantoprazole along with the colospa since last 2 days. And the pain is coming since last two days. My earlier post suggest that I have been advised to take which indicates I already had visited the doctor that too gastroenterologiest and he suggested the medicine for 4 days. My query was that I am having acid reflux now.
Brief Answer:
Further suggestion
Detailed Answer:
the details were not mentioned in the 1St query.
I am agreeing this is acid reflux causing duodenal ulcers. Pantocid will take time. Almost a week may go before you see a effect.
in addition I usually suggest a prescription for Sucralfate syrup. 2 tsf 4 times a day will help recover faster.
please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
