Brief Answer:
It can be because of inflammation of eyelid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.

The most common cause for this feeling of pain while blinking can be because of inflammation of glands of eyelids like hordeolum.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.
I usually treat this with antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination of the eye to look for any small swelling involving the eyelid and if found antibiotic eye drops will resolve this.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
