What Causes Pain In Feet And Tendons?
It came on rapidly and I can't put it with any change in bloodwork. I twisted my ankle about six weeks ago and the results came back that I had osteopenia.
Imaging studies are needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
History of fall, osteopenia, and difficulty in walking, there may be damage to your vertebral column.
Imaging studies should be carried out to check for/ rule out any vertebral fracture, spondylolysthesis (slipped vertebrae), disc disease or degenerative disease of your column.
These include plain radiography of lumbar column in neutral, flexed and extended position.
Another study needed is MRI of your column to assess any nerve or medular damage.
