Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Your symptoms may be caused by spine problems, urinary tract infection/stones, inguinal/femoral hernia, inflammation of the adductor muscles of the thigh. Spine problems give back pain and leg pain which goes through the buttock. Groin pain caused by inguinal hernia, urinary tract issues or inflammation of the adductor muscles of the thigh goes in the front of the groin. Urinary tract problems gives also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain. Hernia gives a lump in the groin. The pain is more intense when coughing or lifting heavy objects. Adductor muscles problem gives pain mostly when walking. Your overweight for sure makes spine problems worse as your spine needs to bear more weight. So it is possible that if you will loose some weight, your symptoms will be much less intense. Another surgery might not be helpful. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
