What Causes Pain In Head When I Cough Or Bend Over?
8 hourly dosage of anti-inflammatory & Rubrafcient ointment & rest
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
It looks that during the vomiting you strained the muscles at the back of neck and head, they originate from the head (skill-bone). It simultaneously causes the nerves to pinch and cause aches to increase when you have coughing, applying pressure at bathroom or bending over.
Constipation, the stress of the nagging pain all increase the spasm of the muscles and the pains you have.
This is one part of the body which is always under movements, and the head is held in normal position by the constant equalization of all the neck muscles so no rest is possible.
Noted the history of medication.
Frankly speaking I do not know anything about Homeopathy.
If Aspirin is helping you, you should have taken 8 hourly with food and with Raniditine or PPI like Pantoprazole to protect stomach.
I would also advise you to apply rubrafacient ointments or liniments which increase the local blood flow and help in relaxation of the muscles.
Take as much as bed-rest to release off the spasm of the neck muscles.
Take laxatives to have normal bowel movements to avoid straining.
Avoid bending and all such activities that increase neck movements.
I hope all these measures will help you get symptom-free at the earliest.
