What Causes Pain In Hip, Nausea And Dizziness?
Abdominal issues
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The pain in your hip (referred pain) along with a nausea and dizziness suggest that the pathology should be in the abdomen, most likely in the gut. It could be anything trivial like an infection of the gut or it could be an intestinal obstruction as well. The pain that you are feeling in your hip is probably due to the referred pain from the abdomen.
The blood works generally doesnt show positive for the abdominal pathologies. the better test should be to get a USG scan of the abdomen, or a CT scan of abdomen. It would mostly be an infection of gut which will require some antibiotics.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

You need to see a gastro enterologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for all the additional information. A sinus infection may not explain to you all the symptoms that you have mentioned. As I felt earlier, the illness has to be in the gut, including a bad gastritis with acid reflux. You may get a USG abdomen done to rule out other possible causes. You need to see a gastroenterologist preferably. He is the one who will evaluate for all the abdominal causes.
Thanks and regards
