Question: Have an achy left arm and achy far left side of chest . Otherwise I feel fine

I have gone through your query. Pain from cardiac problems can give such presentation. So it is better to have an ECG (EKG) to rule out cardiac problems to be on safe side.

If that is clear then it can musculoskeletal pain. In such case taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and applying gels containing NSAIDs like dicofenac or ketoprofen , methylsalicylate and capsaicin locally will be helpful. Hot fomentations also helps.
