2.Are you also having back pain?

Brief Answer:
you need to change your position

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying . I have following suggestions for you.
1. Always sleep on one side and also get up from bed side on. If you want to sleep on back than keep three pillow below knee. If your leg are bend at knee than pain will be less.
2. Discuss with your doctor and take Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily. It should be taken just before sleep as it can cause some giddiness.
3. Meet a physio and start back muscle exercises.
some time if pain is not relieved than you might need epidural steroids . If still there is pain than you should get MRI scan of your back.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you, let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks.
