Brief Answer:
use acetaminophen and needs workup

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns...
Based upon the history provided it appears to be muscular pain but it needs to be examined before exact diagnosis can be made.

Is your right calf is warmer than left or not?
Is your right calf swelled up or not?
Any redness on right calf?
Do you have any other systemic disease?

In my opinion you should take rest and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. If the above queries have positive answer , then there is need to do the Doppler ultrasound of your both legs to look for the blood flow. And you need to see your physician in ER.

Meanwhile stay calm ,avoid exertion and use acetaminophen to relieve pain..
Hope it helps
