Brief Answer:
Repeat ultrasound required
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back with the details. The pain you are having is typical for a kidney stone. I recommend that you do a repeat ultrasound abdomen to look for kidney stones. It is best if you can get a CT of kidney, ureter and bladder as it is better than regular ultrasound.
In the mean time
1. I recommend that you lose weight but dietary restriction of fat and carbohydrates
2. Exercise daily for 30 min
3. Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day
4. If painkillers are necessary use only Tab Paracetamol unitl you get the tests done
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
