Question : Pain in low abdomen on left side, struggle weeing opening bowels. Bloated ,nauseous , sweating. Headache. Period stuck not coming out. 5days on pain. No infection in water or blood. Been sent home with lacsotive

Can you please attach recent tests which have been done?
Your pain can be caused by bowels obstruction, ovaries inflammation, ovaries cyst, pregnancy.
If you have no gas and stool for some time now, pain is cramping like, bowels obstruction is most probable.
Headache and sweating indicates some kind of infection.
You should visit your doctor once again. Blood work (CBC and CRP), pregnancy test should be done and abdominal X-ray. Gynecologist should be visited and transvaginal ultrasound done.
