Question: i had a pain in lower back of my head on both sides yesterday, it started to feel better today and now it feels like it traveled along the right lower part of my head by my ear

It could be just a muscular pain either due to strain or due to abnormal posture while sleeping. I don't recommend any tests or scans at present.

I advise you to get a prescription for NSAIDs and a muscle relaxant (example Zerodol-MR). Also get a massage using Volini gel and take rest for a day. You will be alright.
