Question: Feeling pain in lower left of stomach when urinary bladder is full. Feels better after passing urine. Frequent urination.

It is due to strching of Bladder wall.

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in lower abdomen when your bladder is full of urine and gets relieved after passing urine,and frequent urination.

Bladder is hollow organ and the pain you get when it is full is due to stretching of the nerve endings in bladder wall due to over distension.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have urgency for urination ?
2) Do you have burning while passing urine?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to conclude the diagnosis.
1) Urine Routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen with pre void and post void urine residue.
3) He may advise you to undergo endoscopic examination (Cystoscopy)to assess the bladder capacity.

Further treatment will depend upon the findings of these tests and final diagnosis.
