What Causes Pain In Lower Pelvic Area And Groin Area?

Likely pelvic infection, spread to kidneys
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the groin along with the pain the region of the kidney can be due to infection in the genital tract( pelvic inflammatory disease), which has spread up to the kidneys.
Pelvic inflammatory disease causes the fallopian tubes and ovaries to fill with pus leading to formation of a tubo ovarian mass, which is painful, and can involve both the sides. The infection, if not treated in time, spreads to kidneys and liver causing pain in these areas and their deranged function. Antibiotics given to you caused temporary suppression of infection, but did not cure it completely leading to recurrence of symptoms after stopping them. Lab test of urine may not show infection in urine when kidney is severely infected( pyelonephritis).
Other cause can be some mass in ovaries, benign or malignant, however chances are low.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( ultrasound and blood tests) and treated accordingly as soon as possible.
