Question: I dont have a question just to say the pain is on going but he does have sometimes that it is a lot less.We are on a more controlled pain programme and this Sat. he has an MRI which should tell all. We have tried many things to try and help the pain as in pyscio massage, ultra sound, acupuncture XXXXXXX therapy. They only help for a short time. Do u have any other suggestions.

Brief Answer:
Your husband needs a surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

I do know you do not have a question, however I want to share some thoughts with you.
Your husbands symptoms are caused by nerve compression in the lumbal spine. It is good he had MRI done. This really can tell about spinal cord condition.
As the pain radiates to the leg and he have already tried physical therapy, most likely he needs a surgery. That is why, with MRI report he should consult neurosurgeon.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
