What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?
Question: I AM HAVING PAIN IN MY RIGHT LOWER QUADRANT OF MY BACK, LIKE A "SICK" FEELING, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NO FEVER, MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. HAD A HYSTERECTOMY IN 1985, MY RIGHT OVARY IS STILL IN THERE SOMEWHERE, I AM 60YRS.

With your symptoms pain could be due to scar tissue adherence,ovarian,renal stone, pancreatitis or it is related to bowel disease.
But to rule out the cause, you have to go for pelvic ultrasound.
Thigh pain could be due to radiating pain.
