What Causes Pain In Lower Right Back Radiating To Lower Abdomen?

tricky
Detailed Answer:
ok... hard to diagnose without being there AND
this is not at all a normal pain pattern. Back is not even close to connected to right groin. Right groin IS connected to a lot of worrisome stuff:
appendix
hernia
most recently, this was funny, construction worker comes in can't get out of car, says he has a hernia in right groin, I say look, I'm not sure about this, but if it doesn't improve you need ER. Son calls says, not improved I implore them to go to ER. He's admitted overnight for an Abcess (I didn't get a look and mis-diagnosed).
BUT.... to them I'm a great doc and a hero. Generally it goes the other way and I do everything great, do housecalls and everyone hates me.
1) cannot diagnose at all well without being there.
2) right groin can be anything
3) but not back.
4) but hernia:
would be right groin
would be new
caused by weight lifting
increased with bending/lifting
pretty much requires surgery
if pain is constant needs surgery IMMEDIATELY
5) cannot say in your case.
