Brief Answer:
Mechanical Pain.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
This seems to be Mechanical Pain. In simple language this pain is due to either muscular or disc problems. A pain due to Stone is never affected by change in posture nor it has any relation with sitting or standing. A renal colic due to stone is very severe, can be associated with vomitings. I would advise you to do hot fomentation at least 3-4 times a day. Also take bed rest. If this doesn't improve, it would be a wise decision to get an Ultrasound Abdomen done to be sure for stones.
I hope this information helps.
If you have any further questions please ask me.
