Brief Answer:
Requires E.R assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

I would advise you to go to an E.R as soon as possible so that an EKG is performed and any cardiac issue is ruled out.

Light flashes and headache despite Tylenol and aspirin are serious signs and should not be taken lightly. B.P should be checked and neurological assessment should be done to see if any brain imaging e.g CT is indicated or not. A stroke unit referral may also be done, to be on the safe side. An ophthalmological exam can be done afterwards to see for any papilledema and raised Intra ocular pressure, workup for Glaucoma eg including an OCT may also be done subsequently.

X rays of chest and the right femur/thigh should also be done to see for any abnormality. Blood counts and metabolic profile should also be done to look for the cause of fatigue as it is a systemic phenomenon.

wishing you best of health

thanks
