Question : Hi, i have pain in my chest exactly in the middle. It mostly happens when i try to flex my chest and move my shoulders backwatds.

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to muscular pain.

I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopedic surgeon.

You can take a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg.
If pain persists, you can add a muscle relaxant like Chloroxazone.

Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel locally will be helpful.
