Brief Answer:
Probably sciatica pain.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related sciatica pain.

I suggest you the following treatment:
- Take anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
- Use anti inflammatory creams or gels such as Voltaren gel.
- Use cold or hot compresses
- Do stretching exercises.

If you don't get better you should take prescribed steroid injections for relief.
You should consult your doctor or a neurologist about this treatment.

Hope this answers your question.
