Brief Answer:
Get investigated to be sure

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The neck pain is most likely from spondylosis… yet with history of angioplasty, it is wiser to exclude for sure that heart is not causing the symptom

Anxiety can cause muscle spasm and add to it

Have TMT (Treadmill Exercise ECG) with thallium isotope... it is the ideal non-invasive way to exclude ischemia, as the cause of discomfort – to assess whether the blood is arriving at the heart muscle.
An MRI of the neck can show the details and compression of the nerve root, cord etc.

Keep following with your doctor

Good luck
God bless you
