What Causes Pain In One Side Of Nose?
Question: I have a pain in only my left side of my nasal and it has been lasting for 12 hours. I feel like puking and have a headache. what is wrong?
There is a possibility of sinusitis , do you have any features of cold also.

Well looking into your query I would like to tell you that your issues are not that clear from the history . It will be good if you provide the details.
What i deduce is that you are having nasal pain , stomach ache and pukish feeling along with headache , these are very generalised symptoms and it will be very difficult to give you a diagnosis based on this.
But it can be mild acidity that can give rise to all these symptoms and nasal pain can be unrelated. Since there are no other symptoms symptomatic relief should be targeted .
You should take one tablet containing pantaprazole and domperidone combination plus you can take paracetamol 500 mg for relieving headache and nasal pain.
If these problem continue despite that then further evaluation will be advisable.
