What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area Radiating To Scrotal Area?

Question: Dear Sir/Madam
I am 30 years old and my wife is 27. It has been around 1 year 8 months since we got married. Before my marriage once I got severe pain in my pelvis area just below the lower abdomen due to sexual excitement. I remained calm and it took long time to come out of the pain/burning. The after that I got pain in my scrotum for 2 or 3 times. After marriage my wife got UTI (I think it is because of me as I did not consult the doctor ). she got her UTI cured after that. Then for around seven months, occasionally aroung 3/4 times I got my pelvic pain and pain in my testicles. Then after consulting the urologist I came to know that I have epidydimis cyst and the urine report gave 6-8 puss cells, no bacteria growth after 24 hrs. I used some antibiotics given by the doctor and it was away for sometime. This has happened in January 2014. then again started the problem. If I obstinate for 4/5 days I get pain in my pelvis and passes to scrotum. recently 3 months ago my wife got fungal infection and she has been diagnosed by a gynecologist and hot is cured. At the same time my doctor suggested me FAS 3 kit for both of us. I had it but she did not have it that time. Again I got pain 4 days ago in my pelvis and this time pain in testicles is moderate. Then Now after 3 months we both took the FAS -3 kit. We have been trying for baby for the past 8 months. please suggest us way forward. Thank you very much.

Brief Answer:
Hydrocele examination required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns about scrotal pain repeatedly.
Following is my reply:
1. This pain is unlikely to be from urinary tract infection.
2. Urine routine and culture reports dont show major infection.
3. Hence you will not benefit from these medicines.
4. You seem to be having dragging pain related to hydrocele fluid.
5. This needs to be examined by an urologist so that appropriate medicine / surgery can be adviced.
Let me know if you have any more doubts.

before going for a test .. I would like to inform you little more on what I feel today. for the past four days I did not have any intercourse or masturbation. I feel the following symptoms. It is been 4 days since I had my fas-3 kit.
1. no noticeable pain in testicles.
2. no tenderness of testicles.
3. pain in lower abdomen (subsided after bowel movement)
4. pain in pelvic area (still there but feels better when lie down)
Its cold in here as it is winter. So, These days I am consuming less water.
