Brief Answer:
Get MRI scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

I have read your query.

As you have mentioned history of pain in pelvic region and difficult to get out of bed it means your nerves in lumbar region are compressed. You should get MRI scan of lumbosacral region so that we can locate the present condition of nerves and surrounding tissues in that area. Xray or ultrasound are only partially helpful.

MRI scan will also tell any edema in that region.

For nausea in your case, main culprit is Tramadol.

If you want to take Tramadol then you should also take domperidone tab. by discussing it with your doctor.

Otherwise you can also take tab. aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day.

Try to avoid weight lifting as much as you can.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
