What Causes Pain In Penis Post Frenuloplasty?

Question: its one month after frenuloplasty.. m feeling pain not in the wound area but on the penis.when roll back and see that area and touch there's no pain but when I rollback the foreskin again I feel the pain on a single area.m in confusion why this pain is there..urgent reply... this pain isn't continuous but its occasional.10 to 20 times a day.previously everything was OK.it started 2 days back..

Frenuloplasty is a simple day care procedure and unlikely to result in any penile pain. If there is no discharge from penis , there is absence of redness and erections are not painful then there is no cause for concern.

there's no pain in wound area.but what will I do for pain that's occurring in the left side of penis head.. and pains are sudden.no pain during urination.I have told these thing to a urologist he has given me enzomac forte,there was some relief yesterday.but why the pain is coming.as no pain there in wound area.after pain even rolling back the skin I press the areas where pain feels but no pain I feel but when I cover the head at a particular left penis head at particular time interval it feels pain..

There is some amount of infection at site of frenuloplasty. I would suggest you the following

1. Hot Seitz bath: In a tub of lukewarm water add 1 spoon of antiseptic solution. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session thrice a day. Pull back the prepuce and clean the area

2. After Hot seitz bath apply antibiotic ointment
