What Causes Pain In Penis, Scrotum, Groin Area And In Lower Left Abdomen?

Question: used to receive hand jobs during massages
received anal fingering couple of times
once massage girl.kind of rubbed her vagina near by penus but no penetration and age was wearing transparent underwear

I get sometimes itching feel on tip of penus.sometimes itching in anus
pain on penus and scrotum sometime
some times vibration kind of feeling at left groin area (lower abdomen)

am I at the riskof std

I don't think I had contact with her vaginal secretion as she was wearing transparent underwear and I didn't feel any vaginal secretion on my penus

I want to know if random pain in penus and scrotum and groin area and sometimes on lower left abdomen. is it a symptom of genital herpes
or genital herpes just cause red painfull blisters that break and turn to ulcer and keep reoccuring
