What Causes Pain In Pubic Mound After A Partial Hysterectomy?
I think it is most likely scarring from your bladder suspension
Detailed Answer:
Hello, and I hope I can help you today.
I do not know how long ago you had your hysterectomy and bladder suspension, but the way a bladder suspension is performed is that a sling-shaped device is put under the urethra and the ends of the sling are anchored in your pubic bone. here is a link to a diagram of the placement of the sling:

If you had the surgery recently, it will take approximately 6 weeks for the sling to settle and it may still ache for even a few months. Taking your prescribed pain medication will help as well as applying an ice pack to the area, twenty minutes on, twenty off, as long as you do no longer have a bandage on the area.
Your ovaries are actually located at the top of your vagina if your uterus has been removes, and cannot be felt except on pelvic examintaion.
I hope I was able to adequately answer your question today and that this information was helpful. If you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
