Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
If the colonoscopy was normal, with no blood in stool, no history of weight loos then there is very little possibility of a serious cause for these symptoms.
Local examination including a digital rectal exam can be done. Stool for routine exam plus ova and parasite would also be required.
X ray erect abdomen and ultrasound abdomen can be done to look for possible obstruction or gaseous distention.
PPIs like lansoprazole along with itopride or metoclopramide can be advised for the bloating/ flatulence and rectal fullness. Constipation should be relieved with products like cremaffin. Antispasmodic such as hyoscine butylbromide can be taken for the colicky pain.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
