What Causes Pain In Rib Cage Especially During Movement And Bloating?
Your problem is very controllable.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & I will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. I understand you concern and will try to make you understand your symptoms and underlying conditions better.
MY OPINION:
Rib cage pain:
After reading your history and Description, I am of the opinion that ,your symptoms seems like typical of what we call costochondritis, its pain is tender, intensity changes with breathing movement, gets worse in coughing problem or if your turn or anything which strains ribs. This usually occurs more in front of ribs.
But this is not Ribs issue alone your muscles are also weak and cramp I suspect you aren't really into workout and that's why your muscles are week and sour.
Bloating:
Bloating is expected to be caused by you hiatal hernia issue and this can only be cured if this issue gets cured because it's a structural issue and meds can only reduce intensity of symptoms.
It depends upon severity of the hernia and what your doctor thinks about possible options sometimes it's not that big an issue to force a doctor goes for a major surgery like stomachs. Please take your meds regularly and follow up with a general surgeon about possible options you have.
SUGGESTIONS:
Rib pain:
Costochondritis is just an inflammation and inflammation requires anti-inflammatory medications like brufen...tylenol... Oral pills and topical creams
I severe cases steroid shots may also be required but it just a temporary condition and subside soon with proper care and treatment.
Warm compresses help too.
I would also like to encourage you to visit a physiotherapist to know about some targeted exercises to make you rib case strong, if you are overweight you should consider losing some weight.
Bloating:
1- Use medications regularly.
2- Life style changes are even more important than medications.
3- Talk to your surgeon about possible permanent cure options other than medications.
Both your conditions are not dangerous plus both are very treatable just need care, life style change and medication.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!!
