What Causes Pain In Right-sided Rib Cage When Diagnosed With Elevated Liver Enzymes?
Question: I have been having pain on myrignt side by the bottom of my rib cage I recently had a blood test that came back with high liver enzymes. I have also had pluerisy and scleritis several times in the last few years... Could it all be related?

Pluerisy can cause pain in any side of chest ..mostly this pain is pleuritic type which means that its severity changes with respiratory movemenets.
But pain being in the right side and elevated enzymes may point out towards liver issues... In this case one should always be careful and get the liver issues ruled out first.
I would suggest you to visit a gastroentrologist and get serious liver issue ruled out. If it's confirmed that there is no dangerous liver issues then one can think on the lines of other issues like pluerisy etc.
Till than i would suggest you to avoid anything which can cause harm to liver..like alcohol..pain killers... and being obese etc.
There is nothing to get panic as such but dangerous things need to be ruled out.
