3 days back on Tuesday afternoon, I suddenly started getting pain in my right testicle. I rushed for hospital immediately for medical assistance. Doctor advised for ultra sound for abdomen & testicles and urine test. Ultrasound test came out clear & urine test is clear too. However, I was still feeling little pain in testicles that time, and seeing the condition doctor prescribed me antibiotics 'levoflox - 500' for 5 days.

Yesterday on Thurs I took my first course of medicine, and my testicle pain is almost gone now. However, I'm seeing little fluid discharge from my penis, and feeling little pain below both testicles. I just wanted to confirm that if these systems are normal, and will go away with the medication prescribed by my doctor, or should I consult my doctor again?

Per ultrasound my testicles & prostate are OK (attaching reports), but please advice why I'm feeling little pain below two testicles (not in testicles) & getting fluid discharge from my penis. Will this symptom go away with 'levoflox - 500'?

I'm not married, and never had sex with any partner. So, I assume it shouldn't be any STD.

As of now testicle pain is almost gone, however, just feeling little pain below two testicles & getting fluid discharge.

Thanks for answering my question, and I do have few more questions where I need your help.

Just to make sure I understand the pain correctly which I started to get since last evening, I would like to express that pain again.

That pain is not at all coming from testicles. My testicle pain is almost completely gone yesterday itself, however, this new pain is coming just below the 2 testicles & above the anus. We can say that it's a point between below two testicles & anus. I feel like something swelling at that point. Is it a inflammation of Spermatic cord (Funiculitis) which you mentioned in your post or something else?

Another thing I noticed since the start of that pain that I started to see urine discharge on its own which is difficult to control, and starting from 3:00 AM today I'm urinating after every 15mins. Not sure what happened, but after every 15mins I feel like my bladder is full, and I've to go to toilet quickly. Is this happening due to that pain or it something infection in the bladder?

I would like to bring out the serious of events that started to happen from 3 days back which will give you more in-depth of the situation.

1. On Tuesday afternoon 3:00 PM I started to get pain in right testicle.

2. On Tuesday ultrasound report & urine report came out clear, and I've given pain killer for a temporary relief to the testicles.

3. On Wednesday I started to feel relief in right testicle, and there was not much pain at that time.

4. On Thursday I visited doctor again, and told my situation. He said right testicle pain could happen due to muscle stretch, and gave me 'levoflox - 500mg' for 5 days.

5. I took one dose of 'levoflox - 500mg' on the same day Thursday, and in the evening I started to feel pain at the point between below two testicles & anus.

6. In the night I started to feel like I've a urine discharge on its own which is difficult to stop.

7. Exactly @ 3:00 AM next day Friday I started to feel like I've to go for urination every 15mins, bladder is filling very quick, and it's quite discomfort to control the frequency of urination. Passing of urination is normal, but after passing urination I feel little numbness in my penis with miner burning sensation.

This is the overall report of the events happened until now. Please advise your thoughts on this.

My main concerns.

1. Pain at the point between below two testicles & anus.

2. Urine discharge.

3. Frequent urination after every 15 mins with penis numbness, and miner burning sensation.

Would greatly appreciate your immediate response.

Hello Sir,

Today I met with my doctor, told my condition. He prescribed me levoday 500mg antibiotics and combiflame for pain. This prescription is for 1 week at least.

Since morning I don't feel like going toilet for urinate in 15mins, however, I do have little urine discharge and feeling tenderness or swollen with acute pain near prostate area. Maybe it's due to bacterial infection, and hopefully will go away by antibiotics

could you please give your thoughts on the medication prescribed by my doctor, and what is the success rate of getting complete cure from that medication?

Just one more gentle request do you know any good urologist in XXXXXXX whom I can contact for another round of 1:1 consulatation.

Hello - today morning I realized that that pain which had below two testicles (acute prostate) is gone, I do not have pain anymore now. However, I still have urine leakage, and bladder is getting full in every 1 hr after drinking water. I hope urinary problem will also get resolved by Levoday antibiotics.

Could you please give an idea about how much time it will take for levoday to cure my urinary problem completely. I do have 4 more days of course to complete.

My doctor also asked me to go for UDS test. Just wanted to confirm if this test is really necessary, or I should just wait for 4 more days to complete levoday course?

What is UDS test? Is this painful process? Why we carry out UDS test? Is UDS test necessary when Levoday course is already going on?
