Brief Answer: Can you give me a bit more information? Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX. My name is XXXX I was looking through the information you have given me. I see that you had a cyst 25 years ago. Thanks for that. Could you tell me a bit about the pain as it is now? When did it start? Does the pain radiate into the abdomen? Were you injured? The most minor issues with testicular pain are normally muscular and just take a few hours to go away. The worst problems are problems where the bloodflow to the testicle has been blocked and the testicle is twisted on itself (Called a torsion). That is an emergency and you need to get to the ER. So if the pain is very bad and is not letting up. Then I wouldn't wait for anything, head to the ER and get an ultrasound done. If the pain is mild and it seems to be under control, then maybe you can give me a bit more information. Cheers, Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic.com
