What Causes Pain In Testicles After Discontinuing Body-building Medicines?

Question: Dr actually I have taken some medicine for bodybuilding at the month of February I just took a period of three months and now I left the medicine it has been six months ... From the month of Feb I have some pain in my left testis ... After discontinuing the medicine the pain continues it has been six months now ...I have light pain in my left testis and a heat feeling always in Ma left testis ... Under Light pain in my lower back ... I went To urologist and said this problem he told you will have a inflammation in L1 Nerve it may cause pain in lower back left side and left testis and left leg ... He gave me medicine for 15 days he told the information will go so the pain wont come.. Medicine r PAN 40 and voveron 50 mg... But the pain continues ... Help me for a cure

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been taking Steroids for 3 months which you have discontinued and now getting pain in left testicle and left lower back since 6 months .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you ever done blood test for Serum Testosterone levels ?

The pain in testicle that you have is not due to side effect of steroid as you have discontinued it since long time .

The pain in left testicke with feeling of warmness could be mostly due to Varicocele on left side and needs to be confirmed

Get following tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Ultrasound Scanning of the Scrotum
2) Color Doppler Study of Scrotum .

Using a Scrotal support will help to relieve pain .

I have take free testosterone test ... I have uploaded d report ... Doctor will this prob cause infertility... Coz I'm jus 21 ... And I have normal semen if I mastrubate ...

Dr I have went to a urologist ... He told me u may have sme nerve pain in lumbar spine ... L1 nerve like tat so ur having pain in testis and I have light heat sensation in my inner thigh and left testis .... He gave me PAN 40 and voveron 50 mg... For 15 days ... But the pain is not reduced .....
