Brief Answer:
Postponement of ejaculation may cause mild discomfort.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX,

Slight pain or discomfort in testis is quite common if ejaculation is postponed or avoided. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. Absence of testicular pain

2. No enlargement of Testis

3. No urinary complaints

I would suggest you the following

1. Antispasmodic like Drotavarin will help in relieve pain. It is available as over the counter medication.

2. Antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful.

If you notice any of the following then do consult your physician for further clinical examination

1. Pain in testis

2. Enlargement of Testis

3. Urinary symptoms like increased frequency of urination or burning sensation while passing urine

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

thank you for your answer. I have no pain in testis, neither any enlargement issue. but I still have the pain in abdomen. I hope that the medicines prescribed by you will help to reduce the pain. Please give me the details about how should I take those medicines, like the frequency of dosage etc.
also I want to be confirmed that I do not have any serious condition in spite of I am having the pain in my abdomen for about a period of four days.

No need to worry of appetite is normal

Dear Mr XXXXXX

If your appetite is normal , there is no vomiting. It's unlikely to be serious issue. You can take antispasmodic thrice a day. Antacid can be taken twice a day.
