What Causes Pain In Testicles And Left Side Of Base Of Penis?

Question: I have a discomfort in my crotch that makes my testicles ache while sitting but not while standing or lying down., I have an appointment to see my Dr on monday. I guess I need to know if I should wait or go to a hospital. It starts on my left side, about an inch left of the base of my penis and goes down about 3 inches. I don't feel any bulges but it is sensitive to pressing on the area. If I hold pressure on the area it helps relieve the discomfort, also naproxin sodium seems to help some.

I have gone through your query. Varicocele of testes should be ruled out in your case. Most of the cases are left sided also. A local examination by a general surgeon followed by ultrasound examination will be helpful to establish the diagnosis.
