Question: Male, 43, I had unprotected fellacio 25 days ago. I was blood and urine tested at day 17. All came back negative. I still have pain in testicles and lower kidney area. My wife in the last 4 days has developed a foul or odor in her urine.
1. What is the possibility my test is wrong
2. What is the possibility she has something I passed to her

Brief Answer:
Your wife probably has UTI. Urine test and antibiotics likely to be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks ror asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details provided and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that unprotected fellatio will not lead to pain over your testicles. However, if malhandling of the testicles occurs, pain might result. Please specify what you mean by 'lower kidney area'. Kidneys are actually located in the back.

About your wife, she probably has an urinary tract infection. It is hard to comment on whether you gave it to her but her urine needs routine microscopy and culture. Antibiotics are likely to be required.

I do not think that the tests are wrong in your case. Even if any infection occurs, antibody tests may take time to turn positive and the tests may give negative results in the meantime.
