Brief Answer:
It is due to Cervical spondylosis. You can take Shelcal tablet

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You seem to be having Cervical spondylosis which can come the nerves travelling from the back of the neck to the hand.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Follow ergonomic precautions while using laptop and computer. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days. Apply Volini gel to the back of the neck and affected shoulder.

Calcium deficiency is rare in your age group and does good specifically cause these symptoms.

You can take Tablet Shelcal 500mg once a day for 15 days as a good calcium supplement. Also get 30 minutes of sunlight exposure at 3:00PM every afternoon while going for walk. Apply sunscreen and take precautions to avoid sunlight glare.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
