Brief Answer:
An Orthopedic evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would advise that you should get her clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopedic surgeon.
An X-ray of the pelvis and concerned limb should be done to rule out any fracture.
Rest along with painkiller should be taken to get relief from her symptoms.
Further medical management can be planned after an Orthopedic evaluation.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
