What Causes Pain In The Chest And Dizziness After Eating?
More information on symptoms is needed.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern and desire to feel better.
However before medicating one should precise what the problem is. It is unclear what are your symptoms and whether you have had any tests to check for sinoatrial and atrioventricular node function, starting from basic ECG. If you have the necessary financial means they should be first invested in visits and tests to search for a diagnosis, then comes the treatment.
These nodes dysfunction is manifested by disturbance in heart rhythm, they do not manifest in other ways, do not cause direct symptoms such as pain. It is not something which one can play with, prescribe medication unknowingly, not responsibly at least. Products which act on heart rhythm may cause rhythm disturbances themselves if used inappropriately, which may have serious consequences.
I remain at your disposal for other questions, but please providing more information.
Not enough data to recommend something.

I am sorry but things are not as easy as you think. If indeed there is an issue involving sa node (again you provide no information about what led to that conclusion) it can be of different kinds, may cause disturbances of the heart rate which may be irregular, too fast, too slow. Medications for that may be totally different depending on nature.
Also if diagnosed the cause should be sought. It may be due to an external cause such as high thyroid function for example, in that case it is that which must be treated.
For the moment we have no information on symptoms, tests which were done to find out the cause, so how can we expect us (or any responsible doctor) to make recommendations. We make decisions based on history, physical exam and diagnostic tests, and there is none of that at our disposal.
I hope you understand what I am trying to say, let me know how can I further assist you.

Thank you for the additional information. However I am afraid that we are still far far away from a diagnosis.
One does not feel the electricity in the heart. It is called the autonomous nervous system precisely because it works autonomously, we are not conscious in any way of its electrical activity. It is not possible for you or any human being to perceive, to feel, the heart electrical activity. The SA node is certainly sparking, otherwise your heart wouldn't beat and you wouldn't be alive. As for the possibility of it not pumping, but not enough, there would be symptoms due to the brain not receiving enough blood, at least some dizziness.
If you are having symptoms which make you think the heart is not pumping blood adequately then tests to record its electrical activity starting with the most basic one, the ECG should be done. Heart may not work adequately due to many causes, the cause must first be identified. Since you say to have insurance getting the necessary tests (if you haven't had them already) shouldn't be an issue.
Wishing you good health.
