What Causes Pain In The Clitoris And The Pelvic Area?

Question: yes I'm having slight pain on my clitoris and above my pelvic area and urination is somewhat delayed but feel like lower spelvic area is not too painful but very unconfortable also my side feels like a twinge of pain

Your symptoms are suggestive of urine infection leading to pain in the pelvic area and urinary hesitancy ( delayed urination).
This can be due to drinking less fluids and a lot of stress.
I will suggest you to get your urine examination and ultrasound of the pelvis to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
