Brief Answer:

Get evaluated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Jaw pain at this age can be due to temporomandibular joint arthritis. Another possibility may be giant cell arteritis.
Symptoms in other parts may be due to neuropathy.

You need to get examined by a neurologist. Blood investigations like ESR, vitamin B 12, blood sugar, liver function and renal function test may be required.

Nerve conduction testing can be planned too.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
