Brief Answer:
Arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having a form of arthritis of the knee.

I would advise you to avoid squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs and kneeling. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Pain killers for the pain. Get an Xray or the knee to look for signs of arthritis.

This should give you relief. Do get the Xray done and upload for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Dr. Aashish Raghu
