Brief Answer:
Arthritis / fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

The pain in the knees and shoulders may be due to acute exacerbation of fibromyalgia / arthritis. This causes inflammation of the synovial membrane of the concerned joints causing pain.

The continuous pain may be leading to insomnia and disturbed sleep.

I suggest you to take anti-inflammatory analgesic tablets like tramadol / paracetamol / etodolac etc.

Avoid taking medicines like ibuprofen , diclofenac to avoid possible kidney and liver damage.

If you do not experience relief within 2 days ,you can get detailed blood investigation profile along with Xrays of the painful parts done.

Avoid taking sleeping pills to avoid dependance .

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
