Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cervical radiculopathy is due to disc related nerve compression. Since you were operated at C4 and C5 levels possibility of other disc involvement can be there.
More commonly there can be mild compression or muscular pain.
You should take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Gabapentin can be used and dose increased according to response.
If medication are not effective then reimaging may be required.
Need for second surgery can only be ascertained after observation for medication and imaging of spine.
Gradual physiotherapy under guidance can be done too.
Upload previous reports, records and imaging.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
