I dont know what else to do, injury has been very active for 3 months
Get examined and investigated as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The pain may be due to lumbosacral radiculopathy due to nerve root compression.
Another possibility may be be sacroiliac joint disease.
You should get examined by a doctor preferably neurologist.
Mri of lumbosacral spine and sacroiliac joint may be required.
For treatment take pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitriptyline or gabapentin can be increased depending upon response.
Physiotherapy and postural care should be done.
Avoid stooping, bending forward, sitting crossed leg, squatting.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
