Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis: ?Stroke/ ?Transient ischemic attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

Acute onset pain on one side of body including tongue is concerning for possibility of stroke or transient ischemic attack (where symptoms last for less than few hours).

CT scan of the brain is needed for the initial evaluation.

Please be advised to follow up with the emergency room for a prompt check-up and necessary management.
