No any heart problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
I have read your question and understand your concern.
Normal result of EKG and Eco stress rule out cardiac course.
Your symptoms could be a musculoskeletal pain or pulmonary cause.
I would suggest to undergo chest X-Ray to rule out pulmonary cause.
Dizziness could be a symptoms of anxiety/stress, hypoglycemia, benign positional vertigo labyrinthitis, vestibular neuronitis and brain vascular problem
If Dizziness will persists then should be assessed by neurologist.
Take analgesic, anti inflammatory and proper rest for musculoskeletal pain.
Avoid stress, drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet.

No medication require for blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome back and happy to see you again.
Can you tell me whether blood pressure is 88/135 mmHg or 135/88 mmHg ?
It write as 135/88 mmHg
135 mmHg is systolic blood pressure: higher than diastolic blood pressure.
88 mmHg is diastolic blood pressure: lower than systolic blood pressure.
So I assume as 135/88.
Normal blood pressure range is <120 and <80 mmHg
Pre Hypertension:120-139 or 80-89 mmHg
Hypertension:≥ 140 or ≥ 90 mmHg
So you have prehypertension.
It does not cause any symptoms. Chest pain is unlikely XXXXXXX to prehypertension.
No medication require for it.
It will require life style modification:
Loose weight if your are obese.
Regular exercise like walking, running and yoga daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, avoid high saturated fat in diet.
Avoid high salt intake (< 2.3 sodium gram/day).
Avoid excessive drinking of alcohol.
Regular check up your blood pressure.
You can use non steroidal anti-inflammatory class drug.
For dose., you can discuss with your treating doctor.
Hope I answered your question.
Stay healthy
